Title: Bellhousing is here
Post by: Blueoval429 on September 29, 2013, 04:32:17 PM
After waiting since July, my QT Bell finally arrived Friday.  With any luck, I'll be shifting a 6-speed next weekend.

You too?  I've been waiting since the end of May.  They told me at first it would be 5-6 days after I placed the order!  Finally got a call that it was on the way last week, but haven't seen it yet.  Glad to hear that you got yours!

Jay, I have talked to them every week since July.  One of the last conversations we had I told them I understood I owned an an engine that hadn't been produced in 40 years but they offered it and discredit. The guy, Josh Farley, told me that a guy named Jay Something ordered one too and both of ours were being shipped 2 day air.  I assumed it might be you.  Good luck!

I understand.  I have a friend from Ft Worth that moved to New Brighton, near St Paul about a year ago.  He tells me you only have a couple of seasons up there, Winter and Road Construction  :)

Yep, that's about it.  Your friend's name isn't Ken, is it?  I know a guy who moved from Texas up here about that time...

No, his name is Mike.  He worked for Painless Performance here in Fort Worth before he got hooked up with some old girlfriend that happens to be an attorney now.  Good for him, bad for all his buddies down here.  Great guy.  Good hand with wiring and a wrench.
