Title: TFS Heads Rocker Shaft Oil Feed.

The oil feeds in my TFS heads that supply the rocker shafts measure about .171 . Is there any need to restrict them further  or can they be left as is ?

Restrict them if you're oiling through the heads.

The hole is appropriately sized for a 12-24 tap.  Run a tap down the hole about 1/2" or so, then get yourself some short set screws, drill an .080" hole in them and screw them in.
