I got an electric-over-hydraulic floor jack. It wasn't exactly cheap but my old shoulder joints are thanking me, lol. It's made by Roadtek and received an award at last year's SEMA show so it should be a quality piece. It is rated for 3ton and has a lift height of 23". It lifted the front of my 66 Galaxie effortlessly.

Cool tool, Alan. Is there a battery in it, or does it plug into the wall somehow? How does it operate? Looks like something I might need... ;D

It is battery powered with a removable battery in the handle. The battery looks similar to a 5ah 20v Dewalt battery but is proprietary(unfortunately). One battery and charger are included. It has a motor driven pump. Manual and videos I’ve watched say the battery is good for 30+ lifts. It just has 3 buttons, on/off and up, down. It also has an emergency manual release in case the battery goes dead while it’s up. I got it off of Amazon.

That's pretty cool, and useful in a tight garage not having to pump the handle, or on a low vehicle where there's not much room to swing the handle. Definitely not cheap, but really not out of line with price on everything today. I bought a Hein Werner 2.5ton a few years back now, I think I paid $400....just out of curiosity I looked and their 3ton is going for $1100 now, so the price of this electric jack is not out of line.
