Does anyone make a header flange specifiic to the 390 GT head?

I don`t know if they sell the header flanges separately, but FPA offers their FE headers with  a choice of exhaust bolt patterns, including the 14 bolt pattern, used on 390 engines in shock tower applications, which includes the so called "390 GT" pattern.

Headers By Ed shows 4 different 14 exhaust bolt pattern header flanges available.
