Title: 427 sohc chains

looking into the 2 sizes of chains for ford cammer engine,at what point do you go to the .250 roller chain size?as far as hp rpm and longevity of gears etc.i have new .220 chains and gears,but they are not a roller pins.will have more questions about this build in future.

The .250" chains are stronger than the .222" chains, and of course they are roller chains, while the original chains aren't.  I would always recommend the .250" chains.

ok,i assume pond sells all the gears and chains for that.

Yes, Pond's gears are for the .250" chain.
