Hello, I’m in search of a Dove manufacturing single plane single 4 barrel high riser intake manifold for a truck pulling project. Would also entertain a whole top end package but mainly would like to find a useable intake manifold. Thanks for any leads.

From fordfe.com

I can’t seem to log into fordfe.com anymore… it’s been years! Does anybody have contact info for JSOHC? The picture in the link looks like the correct intake but it’s hard to tell from that angle.

Cody send me a PM i can get you logged in. Thanks Lance

Still looking for the elusive dove single 4 barrel/plane high riser manifold.
-
I have heads and dual 4bbl intake I would consider selling?
-
Only interested in a single 4 barrel hi riser intake. I would entertain another set of heads but I really need the manifold.

Cody, we have the intake. I believe it's in a somewhat unfinished condition (as it seems a lot of Dove stuff was). I'd have to dig it out and take some pictures of it for you, but as I remember the pushrod holes were never punched into it.
We have the matched set of heads to it. Originally bought it as a package deal. We'll likely never do anything with any of the high riser stuff, it'd be nice to get rid of them as a package.
I can take pictures of all of it and see what you think. It'll take me a couple days to get at it.

I saw one at Turlock about 15-20 years ago, it was NOS and the guy wanted $500. That thing was HUGE inside

Yes unfortunately a lot of items have been released from Dove Engineering later in it's existency unfinished and I'd be very suspect that there was a reason why an item was pulled from finish production only partially machined? :-\
Scott.

Maybe because Jim Dove became seriously ill and passed away

Here you go. My memory was correct, no pushrod holes.

Wow, that's an intake that could use some extra duration on the outside 4 cylinders...
-
Mike Brunson that certainly looks like the intake, pushrod holes can be machined in and isn’t a huge problem for me. I own/operate a machine shop. What do you have to get for it? Curious what the heads are as well? If you could, send me a DM or a phone number to call.
Thank you,

Were those intended for the stock Ford heads, or PIE's? Ports look pretty high
-
It's not a DOVE but I have an Edelbrock "427 Victor" intake and a pair of Edelbrock performer heads. 2.10 /1.60 (approx). Bought from a friend and know nothing
-
And none of those are high riser pieces.

As of today there’s one listed for sale on the other forum
