If it has sat for a long period, I have seen gasket shrinkage cause issues. I would pull the bowls and blocks and look for anything obvious. Cheapest and easiest place to start along with fresh gas. Jim

i run no ethanol gas in mine or the carb gets sticky and gums up with the 10 percent ethanol, never had a problem using good 93 no ethanol

Maybe check that the intake manifold carb base covers/supports the PCV cavity completely and that the intake manifold matches that area for gasket support, I had a 3310-4 that had a bigger PCV cavity than what the intake manifold carb had and caused a vacuum leak after a couple days of running it because there was no gasket support in that area , ended up installing a 1/8th plate carb adapter from Edelbrock that supported the gasket at the carbs PCV cavity despite the mis pad match between the intake carb pad to carb PCV vacuum cavity
