Cute, although obviously put together by a Scrub lover since it isn’t accurate. ;)

I have cussed Henry Ford for that very thing MANY times.
Especially the time I pulled the 4 speed out of Mrs.-T's '33 Ford.
Pulled the transmission on the 289 to find it was a 5 bolt Windsor.
Thought it would be really hard to find a 5 bolt C4 bell.
It was only medium hard...um...difficult.
Stupid
But then, didn't Ford make 3 different Y Blocks?

I put a Modular engine in a Pantera. Two dowels and two bolts have changed locations,
just reamed two holes in the Pantera Cleveland bellhousing bigger to fit the dowels.
Dont remember what i did with flywheel and starter

The Chebbie guys always like to throw that out there. But then start asking them about Olds, Pontiac, Buick, and Cadillac V8's and the tone changes quite quickly. How many 350 fan boys have ever tried to adapt a modern manual transmission to 324 a Olds Rocket and lived to tell the tail....

Exactly, that why I commented that it’s not accurate in any way lol.

Not to mention, they don`t like it much when you bring up all the various changes made to the popular Small Block Chevy engines over the years. From no starter holes in the block, to straight starter bolts, diagonal starter bolt patterns, no oil filter vs oil filter with a canister vs spin on filter, front motor mounts vs side mounts, 3 different valve cover bolt patterns, heads with bolt holes for accessories, vs bolt holes, short water pump vs long water pump, left side dipstick vs right side, thin vs thick front oil pan end seal, angled vs vertical intake manifold bolt patterns, earlier crankshafts were not drilled for a bolt to secure the harmonic balancer, etc. Then throw in GM had different 350s and 400s for each division, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, and Chevy, of which nothing interchanged, except maybe, the distributor cap. The Chevy had a different bellhousing pattern than the other 3, some had the starter on the left, some on the right, Buick had the distributor in the front, the others were in the back, Each division had unique transmissions, and rear ends, some with C Clips, some with bolt in axles. Some had stud mount rocker arms, some were shaft, other were bridged, etc. And they still say that Fords are confusing!
