Title: Spark Plug Hole Bad Treads> Heli Coil?

Hello, looking at a FE head but 1 hole looks like was sitting in water and threads were corroded pretty bad. Is there a way to repair the hole successfully 100%. Would hate to put on a motor then have problems with later while changing plugs and have to pull the head. Thanks

Lots of different types of spark plug rethreader's, inserts,  repair kits out there from basic to "professional". For what it's worth i used a cheap rethreader kit from Amazon and repaired 2 holes on my old 360 beater truck about 10 years ago  and  have  had zero problems.  I did loctite them in and always use anti seize on those 2 plugs.
