Hate to consider using this but T&D connot give me an ETA on when they can make my new rocker. I have a race coming up in 2 weeks. If T&D delivers before great, if not I may run this one. .640 lift and 650lbs of spring pressure. What are your thoughts? Jim

Maybe see if any one here might have one the could loan you until T&D gets them done?
-
Unfortunately it's a custom ratio bushed rocker.

I wouldn't run that damaged rocker on a low dollar street engine.
Could certainly have micro cracks not visible.
It's your investment - do you feel lucky?

No Way Would I Run It. Sucks That There Is A Upcoming Race, But It Will Have To Wait Untill Your Engine And Its Components Are 110%, Or Whats The Point? That Rocker Is 90% Ready To Break The Adjuster Off. So This Doesn't Happen In The Future, Have Them Make 4 Or 6 Of Them To Have As Spares. I Realize Everyone Idolizes T&D, But In My Opinion, The Rocker In The Photo Is A Ticking Time Bomb. Stevie Wonder Can Tell You What Will Happen If You Put Any Kind Of Load Or Stress On It.

My experience with aluminum rockers is that they tend to break around the rocker shaft, not back by the adjuster. I think I would run it, and just make sure to shut the engine down at the first sound of valvetrain noise.

Thanks for the responses. I am not looking to run this long term, just until they get my new rocker. I may even lower the shift points!!!!

Per the cam card I set my lash to .018. I did this cold. After reading, if setting lash cold, I probably should have set them at .012 and rechecked to see what my hot lash was. Jim
