Title: #2 Cam Tunnel Crack
Post by: Tunnelwedge on October 24, 2023, 03:07:16 PM
This is a FE block I've had for a long time.
It has no date or 352 on it.
I have put 2 different sets of pistons in it and 2 different heads. D2's and CJ's. Real CJ's.
Couple of different cams and intakes.
I worked it hard. It might have come close to 400 HP near the end.
It crack at the #2 cam tunnel. Big enough to see just looking in.
They do crack. ;)

Same with my '64 block that has the thicker main webs and castings for crossbolt mains.  Makes me curious if Ford had other blocks with nothing present where 352 or mirror image 105 is usually found.
