Everything appears to be here except one of the countersink bolts for mounting the plate to the transmission.
Old. I am not sure, but the plate looks more Ford than Hurst? Could be a factory install? Maybe?
Make an offer.

Mark it looks like a factory 70 Mustang or Torino to me.

The number on the plate (If it is indeed a Fort P/N) leads to '70 Ford, but the fourth digit throws me.
Though experience has shown many Ford part numbers to be a bit of a mystery...

Absolutely is a factory installed Hurst/Ford shifter. Only the OE shifter has the removable handle and slotted shifter rods, aftermarket Comp/Plus shifters for Mustangs with toploaders have the handle welded on, and use rods that are threaded at the shifter end for adjustment. This shifter allows the handle to be removed , by pushing back the flat retaining spring, I imagine that was a requirement for ease of transmission installation with the shifter linkage attached on the assembly line. Somebody doing a concours type restoration would much prefer this shifter over the "over the counter" aftermarket Hurst Comp/Plus. Hope it finds a good home.

Weeell...
I guess the first responder could consider it a bonus. I am pretty far from the kind of guy who would try to squeeze a buck out of a "concours reproduction" kind of guy.
It's just not my thing, though I do find some of the history interesting.
Everything is part of a starting point to create something better IMO.
Offer pending. I'll let ya'll know if it doesn't work out.
