I am pretty sure it's Ford. Anybody know from what? Sorting my junk Unknowns go in the dumpster

Based on the style of brake light switch, and the look of the pedal pads, my guess is those pedals are from a GM vehicle.

not so fast there Royce. Those are from a 67,8,9 camaro and nova. Real important to some people. they'll do $ 200 - 250 all day on ebay.

One of my Swap meet buying agendas is, look fop all the MOPAR and GM independent parts seller and look for Ford parts. They usually have no idea what they are and tend to undervalue the parts they have. Not always the case but well worth the time.

Ford used that unfortunate design of brake light switch in 1970 as well. Wheb you see a car parked with the brake lights on and no driver it's because the plastic threads stripped out. But those are not any sort of Ford pedal pads.

Tom, on what vehicles? All my 70 Mustangs, as well as my 74 F350, and all my 78-80 Fairmonts used the familiar metal brake light switch that was activated by the flat end of the brake pedal pushrod.

I think the 71-73 Mustangs do, my Cyclone did (has it on the Wilwood prop valve now) But looking up replacement switches i'm only seeing the normal 66-up Ford one that goes over the pedal pushrod. My Cyclone has a welded tab behind the pedal and i've worked on another Ford like that, perhaps both switched by some GM goof who worked on them?

Yeah the pedal covers are GM, not Ford.
