We’ve posted a few of these old Ford promo films before, I can’t remember if I’ve seen this exact one. From 1954 and focusing on the Cleveland Foundry & Engine plant. Most of the film they are making 6 cylinders, but remember only about three years after this was made they were casting FE parts at the Cleveland plant. Always cool to see what goes into casting the blocks, etc. And some more good coverage of the large machine operation. Good coverage of the J-bar fixtures that move the engines around the plant as they are built & tested. Those J-bar fixtures are the primary reason for those two holes at the bottom passenger side pan rail of every FE engine, they are also on every Y-Block.
