Would anybody be able to put me into contact with someone that has experience porting these heads and intake? I understand that Joe retired, and wasn't sure if there was anyone else that was the goto around here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What is your application?
Full race?
Big displacement?
Horsepower goal?

Street/strip (more street) big bore RPM iron block stroker 511ci, going into my 62 Thunderbird Convertible. I'd like to see somewhere in the nature of 600-650hp if possible. I have both the TFS tunnel wedge and a Blue Thunder MR 2x4 to choose from for intake. Will be going with a Holley Terminator Stealth 2x4 FI setup. 3.89 gears. Unknown on transmission, but if i had to do it today it'd be the C6 i have.

You don’t need ported heads to see that kind of power with that size engine. The stock TFS heads will do it.

You won't need any porting to make 600-620, but I'd put pretty solid money on it that without porting you'll never see over 620-630 with the heads out of the box. We've done our own dyno testing and I have seen plenty of dyno results with those heads now, and it seems that's the common trend of where their plateau is.

As with everything else, it depends on the whole package, but I have a few that have approached 675-700 hp with out of the box heads.

Better double check on the Hollies working on the TW. It appears without an adapter they won't fit.
