Title: Ford Racing CM-6731-FL1A Filter

Bought a case last year. Had 4 leak at top crimp. Installed Wix 51515R no leaks. Anyone else had problems ? Used the discontinued FL1AHP for years, no probems. Any one else had problems ?

It sounds like you may have a batch that got past quality control.
If you have the receipt I would try to get a refund, or replacement filters from a different lot.

I just buy FL1-As off the shelf, or the Wix part.  Even at 72 lbs cold never had an issue.  Yet.
