I purchased a Cleveland Offy tunnel port intake top use with Jay's adapter. When I got it I discovered that it didn't include the bolts (or gaskets) to fasten the top to the base. Their web site is poor (at best) and I haven't been able to register to ask if the gaskets (part number 5936 or 5938) are available. This is not a big deal if they are not, as I can make gaskets.
The bolts are a bit of a problem. Seems that 1" is too long to fit and 3/4" only given me two turns before they make contact and I'm concerned because two threads seems awfully short in aluminum. Will someone check their intake and give me the bolt length.
Thanks

I can't help you with much other than to say that 7/8" long bolts are readily available through places like McMaster-Carr in a wide variety of sizes, materials, and styles.

I have an Offy 351C Tunnel Ram Intake, mine uses studs to fasten the top to the base, with just a washer & nut, not a bolt. Maybe that could solve your issue? Here’s a picture.

Studs - why didn't I think of that. Perfect solution...
Thanks

I have two Wieand intakes (302 and 351C) and I made studs from all-thread for both top mounts.

I think you will find the carb studs for mounting a carb flat on the manifold will work. That is what came in my TR box from Summit. Joe-JDC
