A member on here, Drew Pojednic, restores carbs and probably plates linkages and logs as well. I need to send him a set myself. He is also on Facebook under something like Air, Fuel, and Spark.

I’ll second, Drew does excellent work, and specializes in the Ford Holleys. He has lots of examples of his beautiful work on his Air Fuel Spark Facebook page. He has a website now also. I’m sure he would be the first to let you know though that he does the Holley restoration as a sideline, he has a career as an engineer offshore on a boat for a good portion of the year, so he does the Holleys when he’s home, so there can be a wait until he can get to your project, just be forewarned. Here’s the link to the website:

I’m plating today and tomorrow for carb parts. I have some logs to do later in the week.

Main thing is if you can get the end fitting off.
I can plate it with the fitting on, but I prefer not to as I like to run some wire brushes down the tube.

Same with linkage. I’ve plated 100s of them here.

Thanks all!

Drew, I have an early 427 dual quad setup that has been on a shelf for 50 years. I would like to restore it to like-new condition if practical. I will email you.

Web site says $1600 for 2x4's including replating.
