Pretty fun.
Good sound, good animation, and more than a few BULLITT references.
The Mercedes exploding only because it went airborn???? A bit hokey, but hey, it's anime.

I think the truck thing was similar to something in a Terminator movie.  They could have had 8 or 9 hubcaps fly off during that, that would have been cooler.
