You see the classic gold valve covers for the Cleveland, Windsor, 385 series, etc., but I've never seen a set for the FE. Did they make them?
-
Never could get them back in the 80's or 90's so back then I always went for the Milodon covers and cleaner. Actually liked the look alot. Most every body else had the moroso stuff on there Chevys and small block fords.

I had the Edelbrocks years ago they didn’t look bad. I believe 4462 part number

Sold a pair of stamped FE valve covers 5 or 6 years ago
They were gold looking, flat on top, straight sides, almost square with barely a curve
Could almost swear they had MOROSO stamped on the top, will look and see if I can pics on my PC

The Moroso stamped aluminum valve covers for SBF, SBC, BBC, and Cleveland were pretty cool and the "standard" for drag engines from the late 70's into the early 80's - especially in "gold". You had to be gentle with the fasteners - or use those wing nut top deals. I do not recall ever seeing a set for the FE though.

Just found mine, they are chrome MILODON

Maybe a set from Barry at Survival that were either anodized gold or powder coated gold would look pretty good.
