Title: Coil on spark plug boot..... 2009 4.6 - 16 valve F150

Changing plugs.... 3 boots are split up to the plug, 4 splits, at least an inch up from where it goes on plug

168,000 miles.. replaced #8 coil 4 months ago

Was gonna change all 8 boots

What brand boots do yall suggest or change all coil packs and boots ??

Ford stuff is all marked china on it.... Rock Auto has so many to choose from

Worked at Ford dealers 40+yrs and replaced many coils on those but not too many boots. I'm impressed with the mileage you got with yours. With most all my time working with Ford brand parts I've usually stuck with those with good results.  If a vehicle came back with a part failure it didn't pay much. Plus I've found that a part made by the original company just fits better. Just my .02
