Title: Which After Market Valves Flow the Best for a Stock CJ Head?

Just wondering if the Super Duty Manley's are the best flowing valves for a stock replacement in the 428 Cobra Jet heads. If not, which valves will perform better? Have any comparisons been done on this? Thanks

The valve job will impact flow far more than the valves. For very low lift applications a 30 to 35 degree seat works decent. For higher lifts 45 degree seat angle works well.
Smaller than 3/8 valve stem (11/32 or 5/16) will also aid flow - and be lighter as well.
