Title: WTB c-6 tranny dipstick and tube.

I know I’m going to find it eventually but I don’t have time would like to get together before the reunion. If anybody has one please let me know.

What year and model vehicle are you looking for?  If you are considering reproduction parts, take a look at Kickdown Rods Galore and More; they have them for Mustangs and Fairlane/Torino.  Great customer service and products.  http://www.kickdownrods.com/

That is a nice website I did order an OEM looking although aftermarket setup.  I guess there aren’t a lot of extra tubes out there it sort of something you put back in.

my c6 did not have a dip stick in it when i bought it.i got a chrome one at the local parts store,works great but its not stock

I have given most of my parts away over the years but I still have a few C6/C4 dipsticks/tubes

All my junk is factory stuff

The tube for my truck C6 seemed different from a car C6.... anyway to tell ??

I cant post pics but the bracket is like an inch or two from the top. when I google ford fe c-6 dipstick and tube one shows up. truck and car are different.

I will go in the garage tomorrow and put some tubes in my C6 and take pics to see if I have what you need

I bought a chrome one from Jegs. Haven’t tried it yet but dropped engine in today.

So I put the chrome tranny dipstick in yesterday and it was tight. Alittle jiggle and got it in. Not a big fan of chrome but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
