Hello all, I am wondering where the market is on some items I wish to sell and figured you are probably the best gauge I know...even if it is for just a 460.
This is a complete throttle body style fuel injection system.
Edelbrock Torker II intake manifold with 8 injectors (Accel), fuel rails, AN fittings, a throttle body (3 valave style) and CSI aluminum spacer.
An Accel distributor, coil, ignition control box, fuel injection control box, and all associated wiring and connectors.
Everything that was on the running engine has been carefully removed, boxed and tagged. The only parts not here are gaskets and a fuel pump.
This is from the early 2000's.
If you can give me some idea of the value I would appreciate the help.
Thanks and have a great day.

Well, I don't feel too bad anymore for not knowing the value.
35 views and not one single hint, idea, or suggestion regarding the value/price of this used performance stuff.
Being that it is in such good condition maybe I should go with 50% of new costs.

Can you post some pics? Hard to tell by the description
Some brands will help on the controller, and some pics. Got to be worth a grand though if running. Edelbrock's more modern system is about 1800 and all new unless this one is a higher end piece

I don't have a place to post photos in order to post them here.
All the stuff was removed from a very clean and tidy 521ci, aluminum block and heads, big block that was in a SuperFormance Cobra.
It was removed to install a more traditional looking carb set up, otherwise it was working and running when removed.
Whoever welded up the intake bungs for the 8 injectors did a very nice job...It almost looks factory.
But I'm not here trying to sell this set up...I will be selling, just not here. I am simply trying to find a fair value for this type of viable, but older tech set up.
If you want to talk sales, or see photos because I can send them via email or text, please contact me through my email on this forum.

I am not interested just trying to help with a price.
I will shoot you an email but parts matter could be worth 500 or thousands

not to steal the thread , but will a after market intake fit onto a 460 that had fi on it from the factory , old motor home engine .

Yes and no. The intake and exhaust will physically bolt on, but on the fuelie heads the intake ports are smaller and higher in the head than older 385 series heads. You can port the old factory lower intake and run an adapter to a 4150 flange or you can get an adapter to correctly position a 4 barrel intake on the EFI heads (I think Price motorsports is the only who still makes them but there may be others). With ported EFI heads and lower intake on a 460-500" build the lower intake seems to be flow enough for about 1hp/inch give or take. I'm sure someone has squeezed more out of one, but in general that seems to be the results. There are 2 different EFI head castings and 2 different factory pistons, both head castings seem to flow about the same from the ones I've had.

thanks Rusty

I went to look at the parts and guess what? I already made a full list.
Sometimes looking in old boxes pays off.
1) Edelbrock Torker II intake (P/N:5066) with welded injector bungs (8)
2) Accel, 4150 style (1350cfm) 3 valve throttle body (P/N:74202) with TPS linkage and other hook ups.
3) CSR aluminum 2" open spacer (P/N:000050)
4) Siemens 3102 Injectors (8) "Siemens 55's" 57lb/hr, flow matched set, low impedance.
5) Edelbrock (2) fuel rails with AN fittings and braided SS hose (P/N:3645)
All of the above is assembled into a drop on intake set up.
6) Accel distributor (P/N:77204) with weatherpak conncetors
7) Accel DFI computer (P/N:77046) SER#104072.
8) Accel DFI 6A ignition control box (P/N:75606)
9) Accel DFI coil
10) The instruction manual, all the associated connectors, relays, MAP sensor, and other items.

Just a single bump after listing part numbers as asked.
I'll let this fade away unless some talk happens.

I'd say flip the pile for as close as you can get to 2500, and settle for what you can sleep at night. It'd cost more to replace, but typically people don't love used electronics

I'm not too good at selling these things, other than local swap meets or directly to people I know.
I know of a few websites where I could potentially sell this stuff but do you have any good suggestions where I might get a worthy reception for this stuff?
Thanks for the input and I'll have to admit I did not figure the seling price would be as high as you suggested.
I was thinking in the range of $1,500 for everything.
-
Well that 2500 is where I would start, and of course it depends on how nice the stuff is.
I think the best bet would be on the 385 series forum on Facebook, lots of nice pics, add best offer and negotiate privately.
Another place is Racing Junk or Ebay, but Ebay slams with fees. Good time now because truck pullers are getting antsy

Thanks, all is appreciated.
