S C9TA.K    7 blade fan

Can anyone ID this fan please ?? I have the box as well

I am getting conflicting info on the web

I found a similar design on a Vette forum. Very similar construction but a dead end though.

This is on the box the fan was in

Could the fan be a C6MY   8600A or in the wrond box perhaps ??
