Title: E.P.A. Passing out fines

One of the little shops i follow on YouTube was audited by the E.P.A. sales of tuning items that he didn't even install got him fined $18,000 they said it could have been $180,000. The channel is p.f.i  speed if you want to look it up. The scary thing is they wanted names and addresses of the people who bought the parts. RPM act now
