I believe one of the offered suspensions from Factory Five is set up about like that.

TCI also offers a coilover setup that is very similar to that picture.

Looks like the 2 links goin to the torque arm replace a panhard bar or diagonal bar on a 4 link ..

Also, my uneducated mind would think the torque arm would be offset to the passenger side

Unless the pic is flipped

Those two links are supposed to keep the rear end from moving side to side.

Would the setup above be only for straight line such as drag racing ??

No hard cornering ??
