Me too , only if Paul passes though. I'm thinking about replacing a US Gear OD for a C6 I have.

I'm mistaken, it has about 15k on it. The truck it came out of had 50k on it. Truck belonged to the father of a guy I used to work with. His Dad parked the truck (in a bad spot with the windows cracked) due to health reasons and the truck essentially rotted into the back yard. He Dad had a lot of car/tractor/junk and the guy I worked with didn't know much about it and only was able to sell about half of what was there. I ended up buying the truck and few other items and helped clean up the rest.
I sold my 500 before I installed the GV. Was going to put it in my shop truck, but I am heavily leaning towards some kind of OD trans like a 4r75w or similar. So the GV has been sitting on a shelf.
Best I can tell is the GV was installed 12-15k before the truck was parked. I have everything, including the driveline, that was pulled out of the IDI truck. The control box, speedo cable extension and cruisecontrol signal generator.

Yep, that was the gentlemen's way on the old forum, and was usually followed- I have been bird-dogged before in the background, by someone I considered a friend, and did not appreciate it. I remain "Number 3" Much better than being Number 2 lol. Sorry Randy, Devil made me do it ;D

All good Gene , as I told you the US Gear unit works fine , I just want to make both trucks the same for interchange purposes. I would turn around and offer up the complete US Gear conversion for less money.

Yep, just funnin' with the Number 2 thing lol. So the US gear deal would require driveshaft mods, right? It will fit in a car?

Thanks. You guys go ahead. I will pass. I need to get my engine built first before I spend more money anyway. I was kind of getting ahead of myself.
