Title: chassis dyno
Post by: JLettner on February 15, 2016, 01:23:08 PM
I am looking for some recommendation on finding a good performance shop with a chassis dyno to have my 390 stroker tuned. I live in northern Illinois by the border of Illinois and Wisconsin. I  am willing to travel a couple of hours. Thanks John

Give this a try. Make sure the shop you choose has wideband capability.

Also, I'd recommend picking a shop that you can use repeatedly. The data you get from dyno sessions will be good for making comparisons. If you switch up dyno's, even between the same manufacturers and model, you won't have consistency. Just my .02C

I looked around and there a few guys who have them but quite a distance away. Another factor is most advertise LS and late model tuning like 4.6/5.0 Mustang. I am not sure who to go to as I do not exactly have a Honda LOL. I am on the south side of Chicago by Joliet.
