Hard to tell since I don't have a trap mph and with slippage at the start the E.T. Would also skew the results of any calculator. The 390 should be somewhere between 450-500hp according to werbyford.. The air density was around 100 that day which is pretty high but I don't know what the humidity was.. Anyway I'm guessing it's somewhere around there.. Still not enough :)

I am trying to find a video of my 3/4 ton 4x4 beating a 454/4spd 71 chevelle ss multiple times at ENNIS back in 1985.if I find it I will get it out on youtube.

Dunno much about the trucks origins except that it's been pieced together many times from very many donor parts trucks over the years...Cab has F350 custom badges on the side and it's got a 1974 grill... That's how we came up with 1974.... It's referred to as the purple truck or the stock truck normally... :)

Home grown is good! My 3 fords are color coded too, the maroon one, the brown one and the green one, my son has the maroon one now.
