I have a set of FE rockershafts here and a shaft from a 200 I6...I tore them all apart to clean them out and cant find new plugs.The both measure aprox .540 od(weird diam)..Anyone know of a sourse or have a part number.....Thanks....Cory

You need to put a nutsert (AMK) into the empty(rear)hole..Forward 2 holes are for small blocks and the rear two for big blocks.

Sounds like the early one that has provision for a oil filler tube (like the FE intakes).I believe they were used on the hipo but had a plug in the hole starting in 65...I have one on my 67 T/A replica..

I have the same complaints as everybody...Havent used e-bay in a few years...The search engine BS was enough for me..Thank fully I found all the stuff I needed for the cars before it took such a down slide..

I had the virus a year ago...I have never had good lungs and it hit me hard.Three times i thought I was going to die from respitory failure..I did take a ride in a ambulance..I know where i got it and he was not affected by it..I did not give it to Mary...We are all different..

Isnt the vaccine made by the same people that make Viagra....Side effects could be interesting...lol

Has anyone here rebuilt there Edelbrock water pump...The seal in mine has let go from sitting...Curious if it just has a sae seal in it.......

I measured some shafts that I have....the customers shafts are aprox .178 wall...I have some new ones that appear to be jobber and they are aprox .145 wall and I have a HD set at .240 wall...Turns out i dont have any extra end stands.

Thanks I thought it might be pushing the stock shafts...I have some end stands here..Dont mind doing the fitting...I have heads here...If you could measure the oem shafts that would be great..As this car has A/C and all the other goodies I want to be safe...

Going to be putting together a rather stock 390 for a loaded 68 Cougar GT.Its going to keep the stock manifolds,air pump(US car),air cleaner and will have a edelbrock performer on it..The RPM version apparantly is too high for the s pipe and air cleaner to hood clearance...

I am going to put a yet to be picked hyd roller cam in it..Are the stock rocker shafts up to the spring pressure ???.Its getting the stock PBF covers so end stands are out...I have a assortment of HD shafts....I would like to find the std wall thickness for oem shafts and compare it what i have.

A interesting and well documented car that has been doing that run for decades Is RJ's Big Red Camaro....Its a very cool car with a story to tell..He has hit 200+mph on that run many times...Lots of good video's on u-tube at speed.There is a good one of him going Pikes Peak...Lots of cool and interesting cars show up for this run...There is a unlimited class as well..Would love to do it in my 68.

It is my understanding that the "Drag Pack" and SCJ are the same thing.Cant have one with out the other.If you ordered 3.91 or 4.30 rear ratio you were automaticly upgraded to the SCJ engine with the oil cooler...
To me saying you have a 428SCJ drag pack car is repeating yourself..

I have a NOS set of the front fender decals..1970 Part number..Looks to me that it wouldnt be hard to relocate the word Cobra to the earlier position..Pretty sure I also have NOS Cobra emblems as well.....I drove a "Q" code auto many years ago...Nice car.
