Funny! I know the neighbors didn't like me back when. Always moved the cars in daytime when everyone was supposed to be up, but the old ladies would still come out and stand on the porch with their hands on their hips. Nice sounding cam.
I should make a video of me leaving early in the morning in a Cobra Roadster...especially one with a loud exhaust.
I live on a Cul-de-Sac that is also on a slight hill...Just enough to roll out with.
I get in the Cobra, get all buckled in and ready, leaving the driver door open a bit. Put the trans in neutral then I reach out and grab some of the drive side rear tire tread pull up and move the car...a bit more...a bit more, and soon enough it make the transition off the garage slab onto the driveway. Usually two pulls does the job.
I roll down my driveway, backwards, close the garage door, close the Cobra door, and angle so I don't scrape as I aim for the neighbors driveway across the circle to make the transition.
The momentum from rolling down my driveway carries me at least half way up the neighbors driveway. Now I am pointing forward and angled most of the way down the street.
I roll down the neighbors driveway and into the street...down the street until I am about four houses away from my house, at which point I fire the Cobra and drive away as nicely as possible.
Because I am already rolling, things move along super easy and I drive very gently for the first few minutes or so as I wait for the temps to come up before having any fun.
