Thinking of other options for the 352 later down the road.

Page 4 of this thread, about 2/3 of the way down the page.  Also on page 2, halfway down.

It's not on the engine yet, but it's headed that way, so don't be stealing my thunder..lol
Personally, I think it's the best looking intake for an FE. This is an original PSE.

Nice lookin setup, Doug.

Not going to steal your thunder.  Got some dyno testing to do first, then I need to actually find some parts.  The only thing that keeps me from ordering a new one from Jay is that I'm trying to keep everything looking "vintage".   I know where an original PSE intake is, along with a Torker and a Tunnel Ram, but I hate to pay for all of it when I don't need all of it.

I think there are a few of us that will be sporting carbs through the hood soon. That’s a beautiful set up Doug.
I’ve wanted to since high school.
Lots of thunder to go around.

The only thing that keeps me from ordering a new one from Jay is that I'm trying to keep everything looking "vintage".

That's the only reason I went with the PSE, to keep everything looking vintage. I had one of Jays adapters, and to be honest, it would have been the better choice, but when the opportunity came along to buy this polished PSE setup (with rebuilt 660s and all linkage), I just couldn't pass up the chance to keep it 'old school'.

Just ribbing you about stealing my thunder. I've always wanted a tunnel ram. Some of the coolest cars I remember as a kid had tunnel rams sticking through the hood. When Jays testing showed that it outperformed pretty much every intake in his arsenal of testing, that sealed the deal.

If you want the "look", then go TW or blower. 2X4 is a must, no matter what you do. Every time a see a tunnel ram I expect to see a 283sbc under it.

I think the ol wagon NEEDS this!!

I bought an old Algon FI manifold about 15 yrs ago but realized it was an eternal money pit to get up and running properly so I sold it off.  I already have the blower on the black car, but I think a tunnel ram on the wagon would be the catzazz.  I'm not much the show polish kind of guy, so everything being cast would be good for me.
