The old saying, run as much air pressure as you can... and still hook... applies here. It will drive better and MPH higher with more pressure, so it is just finding the sweet spot for that track, on that day.
Truer words were never spoken! As Jay noted the Grove at least had good prep, hence the great 0-60' time. Still, as mentioned above, more slick pressure should help. Experimentation is key here as if the car can do back-to-back runs, as Jay noted and did a few times, it makes it easier to test some quickly made changes like coil-over 'clicks', more/less slick pressure, A-arm limiter extension, rear 4-link changes, etc.
