Precision oil pumps
« on: December 07, 2015, 07:45:23 PM »
It's my first time dealing with them, I made two separate orders from them some time back and neither has been processed yet. When I check the orders they both say "awaiting fulfillment" .  I know lots of you guys have used them before and wonder is it normal to take so long for orders from them. ?

I've ordered four times and it's been timely each time.

Definitely call him.  Doug is usually really good about shipping quickly.  Maybe he is out of stock on the parts you ordered or something...

Always been good to deal with. Even called me from home to confirm an order. He's usually pretty busy so as mentioned, try calling him early in the day (West Coast Time)

Late to reply here, but same with me.  I believe Doug is a single man operation, or at least small business.  Many times I have called and heard kids in the background, but he always came through quickly.  (Maybe not Amazon-quickly, but great service and a good guy-quickly LOL)
