Anyone know why Miller's seem to be 'MIA' @ dragweek this year..........Tom

I talked to Jack and Scott and Eugene at the FERR a couple weeks ago, apparently Scott's uncle is being buried at Arlington National Cemetery this week, so they decided to skip Drag Week this year to attend the funeral.

Speaking of MIA racers... What happened to our friend Joel "Plenty of Time" Nystrom?   Was he not planning on running his Hemi Coupe in Hot Rod or gas class?

Joel broke the motor a week before Drag Week.  He would've been a shoo-in for first place in the Hot Rod class.  Maybe next year...

That's too bad  .. It should have had an FE  Those Hemis are so fragile  lol

I know of a few FE's that never made it to Drag Week, or finished as well. It happens. Doesn't matter what it is.
