I'd heard a couple times from a couple different sources, that it is actually 14' above sea level. Its right down against the Fraser river, and the river valley itself is practically flat all the way to the ocean. Its still tidal to past the Mission bridge, which is upstream of the track, if that's any indication. I saw -800' corrected once on a jacket morning in late March.

I've heard the 14' above as well but their website says its 25'. I've also seen it at -1800 feet on a cool clear fall day way after racing season has ended. Thing is that's never race conditions because when the air is that cool, the rack is too cold to prep or race on. What starts off at 8AM around 200 feet ends up 800 or more by 10AM and usually over 2000 feet by noon on a typical summer day. First hit is your chance to be a hero but after that you join the average.
