Some links to day 3 runs at Illinois...(updated with new links)
« on: September 16, 2015, 06:26:01 PM »
I took the day off to get some work done on the truck and managed to catch some of the action during the live feed. I'll include some links below to some of the runs I saw.

Jay's first run.

Jay's second run.
https://youtu.be/Hl_2pNfJg9c?t=4h8m10s

Jay's 3rd run.
https://youtu.be/Hl_2pNfJg9c?t=4h39m39s

Jay's 4th run.
https://youtu.be/Hl_2pNfJg9c?t=5h2m53s

Jay's 5th run.
https://youtu.be/Hl_2pNfJg9c?t=5h22m40s

Jay's 6th, final, and best run.

I'll post some more later.

That last hour or so today was great! Congrats to Jay for throwing another 8 in their face! I haven't heard any "FE's are dinosaurs" talk this week. HeHeHe. AND I could be wrong but I think the Nova that was right on his heels got put on a trailer to get back to the pits. I couldn't tell for sure but I'm 80% sure that he's out. Did anyone else catch that?

Thanks for finding that last run.
Wasn't able to locate it all day.
Can't wait to hear what Jay has to say about today.
Pretty freakin' epic.

I love the reaction off the guys in the booth!!!  Priceless.  Car seemed to hook up well on the 8.9 run ( or atleast it looked like it)  Really happy For You Jay!!

I was surprised to see that Brad Dyer's Nova has retired.   :'(

It was shaping up to be a pretty tight match.  Now with a nearly 7/10's cushion Jay could probably win on six cylinders.  Hopefully he finishes out strong.  Pulling for 8's every day!!
