If you are going to run the car hard, I would go with the Lakewood. I had a FE Ansen bell, and despite it having "NHRA APPROVED" on the side, it certainly is NOT . Even an outdated SFI Lakewood is much more likely to keep a blown up clutch inside than the Ansen, not to mention the Ansen is a fair bit heavier that either the cast iron Ford bellhousing, or a Lakewood.
