On my msd 7 with the hvc coil, i have seen the arcing around the base of the plug wire boot, at night. No misfire though. If memory servs i think that coil has almost 2 amps, might be the reason.

You can get a custom camshaft from one of the three builders here for roughly the same price as a shelf cam...

Does anyone run the fidanza aluminum flywheel or have experience with them? My factory one has small spider cracks starting so its going to scrap.

Don't care for them myself, only run Caterpillar batteries in everything. Best warranty you can get, have one that finally died from 96.

I have 3 sets of dove heads. One set of f5 head, they flow 286 at 550 lift, two sets of medium risers, they flow 327 at 600. Also two dove spider intakes. One with a welded on dominator top. No leaks on anything.

I have the 85150 2 1/8 headers on mine. Actually fit pretty good with the flanges cut. They hang pretty low.

I am currently rebuilding my 427 to use a small shot of nitrous, maybe 200 tops. Diamond pistons and molnar power adder rods, forged steel rpm crank all spec'd by blair. Hopefully i don't scatter to many parts...
