Guys, I just can't decide on what I want to use for my 352 project. I started out thinking I wanted to keep it all in a highly modified stock flavor, then I didn't think I'd be happy with the horsepower, so I bought the TFS heads. I'm kinda back to thinking I'd just like to keep it a highly modified stock flavor.
I'm throwing this out here to see if anyone would be interested.
I have a brand new pair of Trick Flow heads. They have been painted with a high temp zinc epoxy primer and a coat of Duplicolor ceramic Ford blue.
They are fitted with Ferrea 2.190" hollow stem 11/32" valves. The intake valves weigh 127g. The exhaust valves are the standard TFS/Ferrea 1.625".
Chambers measure at 68.4 cc.
They are completely assembled, with Comp Cams 933 dual valve springs, Manley titanium retainers, Viton valve seals, Comp Cams locators, and they have Manley/Comp valve locks. The Manley valve locks are for the Ferrea intakes, as they are a radius groove.
Springs are set up at 1.830" install height. They are set up at .050" from coil bind with a .640" valve lift. Valve spring pressures are 200 lbs seat with 525 lbs open. I have them setup for one of my 7500 rpm hydraulic roller camshafts.
All parts are brand new.
You have to look close to tell that they are not factory heads.
Trick Flow sells completely assembled cylinder heads for $1920 a pair. Considering these have hollow stem Ferreas, titanium retainers, etc., I'm asking $2000 for these and I'll ship for free. I will accept fair offers. I think I'm just gonna R&R the C6AE-R heads that came with the 352.
