Have one and they work great.  I suggest you download the operating instructions if you need information on where to install the O2 sensor.  You will have a lot of other questions that will be answered there.  Innovate also has a forum and you will find a lot of information there.  You'll want to thoroughly educate yourself as to what the tool tells you.  Many make the mistake of tuning the engine to a number, like 14.7 A/F at idle, and using the tool to get to that number without regard to the reality they are making the engine run worse.

I have an LM-2 and like it, use it for data logging as well.  It actually gets used far more often for OBD on the modern cars around the house.

I use an MTX which uses most of the same parts as the LM2, but it is an analog gauge and looks more the part in a 1960’s car.

I have lost a sensor, Innovate was quick to send a new one, but I replaced with a high quality Bosch sensor. No further issues. A very useful tool in the tuning toolbox along with a vacuum gauge

I use a LM1 and a laptop once in a while.  Have no need for a permanently installed gauge.  I don't change setups once dialed in and I also typically run race fuel or a mix of same, which would kill a sensor after a short while.

I'm using an AEM no complaints at all. I usually use the Lambda setting.

I have had mixed results with Innovate products. The stand alone MTX or its derivatives seem to have some longevity but they don’t have room to grow like an LM-2 or LC-2.  If you are possibly going to consider things down the road like rpm, tps or fuel pressure logging then you should buy that option.
Now, the more complicated you get with add-ones the more the risk of hinky behavior goes up.

I have been underwhelmed by their customer service. If I was going to start over I would try AEM or someone other than Innovate.

Noticed the Innovate forums went away some time ago.  My equipment works, it's just old and I haven't had a need to buy new.  But it gives my old XP laptop something to do once in a while LOL.

Same unit I have. As for function they did a good job on the box. You can't see the 18 months of shelf wear I have put on it
