Update on John
First day of rehab:
• Got in & out of bed
• Walked with a walker
• Got in & out of a truck
• Climbed Stairs
• 10 min on a row machine
Quite a lot for his first day
I don’t think he’s looking forward to tomorrow. Lol

Nice!!

I remember the moment I got the FE bug.  It was 1988 at the SAAC meet in Dearborn.  My green '68 GT 350 was looking pretty sorry next to an identical concours trailer queen, and I was enjoying pointing out a fleck of corrosion on the guy's upper radiator hose clamp.

Suddenly, John fired up his Starliner from across the parking lot.  Holy crap that cammer sounded amazing.  I ran over there and just listened to the music for a awhile.  John was very gracious with answering my incessant questions  8)

When I made my way back, concours guy was furiously polishing that hose clamp.  Good days!

Great to hear you're getting back into tune, John.

Very good to hear John is out of the hospital. It's always good to get home,  and back in the shop, especially after such a long hospital stay.

Stopped by at Randy Millard's (HenrysNephew)  near Holly Michigan today and talked about this as in prior posts. John is homeland having outpatient therapy but is at home. Randy has talked to John a couple of times and Randy said that he can hear improvement. John wasn't quite ready to have Randy stop by yet but he does stay in touch with John.  I talk to Randy quite often so Elaine would be your best contact or I'll give updates as Randy hears more.

Of course we talked a lot about FE's as well.

How old is John now? I bought a set of 427 Cross Bolt Caps from him a couple years back.

Saw these pictures on the FB this weekend, sounded like the show was this weekend. It’s good to see John out & about and looking good. I know many people here would be interested.

Anybody have details on the car?
