Z bar needed 62 Galaxie

I need a z bar for a 1962 ford Galaxie,,,is any one still making these or do I need to look for a used one,,,if any one has one I would be very interested in it also wich years will work 62 63 64 ,I'm putting fe in my car and I'm having trouble finding one.....
1962 ford Galaxie 390 .030 Ross pistons,comp cam,edelbrock heads,tremec 3550 , 9" with 4:10 gears.....it's my idea of therapy , I'm always looking for vintage Stewart Warner gauges with curved glass and the crecent pointer

Yeah, tell me about it! It was tough to find one for my 59 T-bird. I bought and tried a couple on E-bay just hoping they would work for me. I ended up modifying one.
I found this, there are more, and sometimes you'll find one that is old and dirty for around $75.

I could be wrong, but I think '61-'62 are the only years that will fit.  I found one online from a y-block powered car for my '62 and so far it's working ok with my FE, but I've reinforced it quite a bit.  Crites sells the Z-bar pivot blocks, so they may carry the bar itself as well, it would be worth a call.  Good luck!

Yes, mine lasted about a year, then when I put in a centerforce dual friction clutch it cracked and I had to reinforce it as well.
