427 Ford Steel Cranks Does Cammer take a different crank?

Just wondering if a Cammer takes the same crank as a regular 427? Yes, Cammer would have been steel.

The SOHC can use any FE crank.

That's what I thought. Wasn't sure if the Cammer came with the "Nascar" crank with the wider rod journals. Thanks
