Sorry, took a bit to get this off, had a couple rusty bolts. Unfortunately after pulling the distributor and thermostat housing I noticed someone previously did a backyard welding repair around the distributor hole. I have no idea how someone managed to break it there, but looks like they welded the broken pieces back together. I picked this 391 FT up as a core, so I don’t know it’s history. It definitely has been apart and rebuilt in the past since it’s a combination of various year parts, but the distributor did rotate freely and pull out without any issue. Otherwise, it’s rusty, but all the bolt holes and gasket surfaces look ok. The water pump bypass tube is very rusty, will probably need to be replaced. I certainly understand if you want to pass on this one. If you’re still interested you can have the intake just for the cost of shipping. I looked in the Ford Truck Parts Book earlier, and best I can tell all the 330HD/361/391 FT’s take the same intake, just a choice of 2V or 4V, although there may have been running changes over the years. This is a FT manifold with the exhaust crossover in the middle to match the FT heads, casting number D1TE-9425-AA with a “1H31” 1971 August 31st date code. I did check my other FT engine core last weekend, that one is a 2V intake. Here’s the pictures, if there’s anything else you need a picture or measurement of let me know.
