Didn't want to hijack the post regarding the billet heads soooo..

As noted in the subject of this post, the site Keith mentioned has some FE motor mount adapters.  I stared at them for awhile but for the life of me don't know what their purpose is.  My limited experience only spans FE engines in '62 to '66 Galaxies so I'm sure there are other configurations that would warrant them.  Just curious what that might be.

I made a set just like that when I put my C4 block 390 in my '68 Highboy. They're just used for adapting early blocks to later chassis mounts. I just used 1/4" steel plate, for about $10, and a couple hours time to whittle them out.

Yep, when I put the '64 427 in my early 77 Highboy it was pretty simple, a couple pieces of 3/16 plate and drill a few holes
