Going to set one up with a return line regulated to a constant 7 1/2 psi needle pressure. Although I have looked at a few, I would like to know what is the group says is the most dependable. I want to make a 20 hour round trip and last for years like my mechanical has. Looking at long term daily driver over initial cost.
Thanks

I like the Carter electrics for street ..... used the street pump 72 gph 4-6 internally regulated for close to 20 years before it finally failed .... replaced it with the Carter 7 psi 100 gph 5 years ago ..... very quiet and very reliable for mine stuff

Glad a spread bore guy responded but all are appreciated. It will be feeding a Quadrajet using 650 to 680 cfm at wide open throttle. Do you think 100 gpm 7 psi would keep the bowl full on a Quadrajet or Thermoquad?
Does the Carter ever drop to 5 1/2?

Running the carter HP4600. Love it.
Now that my car has 2x4 carbs with side floats, I added a regulator to keep the fuel at 4.5-5psi, works great.
Many many miles and 2 years or so, no issues.
