Some time ago I indicated that my son in law and I were musing about making Galaxie 500 beer.  Well, as it turns out there are Galaxy hops and you can build a recipe around a '64 Galaxie 500 to make the brew.  So then, it was kegged yesterday and will roll out at The Brewerie at Union Station tomorrow here in Erie PA.  The label features my '64 getting it's 15 seconds of fame.

I believe it will handle both the break in and the long haul, though nothing synthetic about it .  And yes, to re-quote Homer, "Beer, the cause of and solution to all of life's problems"

Yeah, sure thought about it.  We also thought about the fact that if it got that big it'd be worth the lawsuit to "cease and desist".
