Torque Convertor

Looking for recommendations on a high stall convertor for the drag strip  ~4500 stall... 
1969 Torino Cobra, SCJ 4.30, 4spd under restoration
1964 Fairlane, 428, 4spd, 4.10, 11.63@119 race trim
1966 Fairlane GTA, 482, C6, 3.50, 11.66@117 street trim

Call Andre at Edge racing converters. I’ve always had good luck with them.

Pick a vendor and let them tell you.  I use Freakshow Performance here and Michael has never let me down. FWIW, my Falcon with the 351C flashes to 4800.  The dragster with the 393 was around 5800.

Also, trust me when I say that 200~300~400 RPM flash stall difference can sometimes make a big impact, so sometimes it may take a couple of shots to hit the number the combo likes.

Frank Lupo , PTC is the performance division , I also used their street line for OEM replacement Dynamic Torque Converters  back when I was overhauling automatics , PTC can freshen any make converter and tweak to your desire or freshen what you have if you love it and not re-engineer it
